Booking & Guest Policies

We kindly ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. Booking fees are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows, as this helps us cover preparations and ensures that we don’t have to turn away other guests.

All reservations require a booking fee of 300 NOK. For groups of 12 or more, we ask for either 1000 NOK in total or a per person fee, which will be deducted from your final bill.

For groups over 12 people, please contact us directly. We will arrange a tailored menu in advance so we can prepare and provide the best experience for your party.

Please let us know about any allergies or dietary requirements when booking, so our chefs can accommodate your needs.

Monday–Friday: open until 21:30 Saturday–Sunday: open until 22:00 (Orders must be placed before kitchen closing, but guests are welcome to stay and enjoy until closing time.)

Monday–Friday: 22:30 Saturday: 23:30 Sunday: 22:00

Families with children are warmly welcome. Please let us know if you need space for a pram or a highchair.

Vine&Olives is available for private hire and special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, and small weddings. Contact us for more information.
